Description :
Du Bois de la Roche is a company of French origin, specialized in sweet puff pastry
biscuits. Founded in 1950 at St. Yrieix (France) and with its headquarters and production plant
based in the north of Portugal since 1980, the company has since then been supplying
main supermarkets chains in France and Portugal with a solid biscuits range.
Over the years, the company has evolved from a competitive producer of the well-known
French Palmier, becoming a high qualified partner on the development of sweet puff
pastry recipes under distributors brand.
Using standard or organic ingredients, with or without sugar, we produce high quality
tailored flavoured biscuits under IFS certification requirements or any other quality certification demanded by our partners (RSPO, ISO 9001, Organic ECOCERT_AB).
Du Bois de la Roche takes advantage of its know-how, acquired along more than 60
years of experience, in the production of puff pastry biscuits and also other dry biscuits.
